Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Envoy London. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Envoy London websites, products and services, including our Ready Made online store and Made-to-Measure (MTM) tailoring platform.
By accessing our websites or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our websites or purchase our products.
1. About Us
Envoy London is operated by Hameedia Stores (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka.
Our products are offered to customers worldwide through:
- Ready Made online store
- Made-to-Measure tailoring platform
All products are manufactured and/or dispatched from Sri Lanka.
2. Eligibility
By using our websites, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products & Services
Envoy London offers:
- Ready Made apparel and accessories
- Made-to-Measure garments
- Custom tailoring services
- Accessories and related products
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products, collections or services without prior notice.
4. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, images, specifications and pricing are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
- Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Handmade or tailored garments may contain natural variations.
Images are for illustration purposes only.
5. Pricing & Currency
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices displayed on our websites are in United States Dollars (USD).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included unless expressly stated.
Envoy London reserves the right to correct pricing errors before processing an order.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Your order becomes accepted only after:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- Product availability has been confirmed.
- We issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Payment cannot be verified.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Incorrect pricing has occurred.
- Product availability has changed.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
7. Made-to-Measure Orders
Made-to-Measure garments are manufactured according to the measurements, specifications and design selections provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Measurements are accurate.
- Fabric selections are correct.
- Design preferences are reviewed before submission.
Once production has commenced:
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Design changes cannot be made.
- Measurement changes cannot be accommodated.
Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of tailoring.
8. Payments
We accept payment through approved payment methods available during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before order processing begins.
Envoy London does not store complete credit or debit card details.
Payment processing is managed through secure third-party payment providers.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information.
- Paying applicable customs duties and taxes.
- Receiving deliveries in accordance with local import regulations.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Ready Made products may be eligible for return subject to the conditions outlined in the policy.
Made-to-Measure garments are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect or do not match the confirmed order specifications.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
- Ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date.
Envoy London reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Envoy London websites, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Product images
- Product descriptions
- Videos
- Graphics
- Website design
- Text
- Software
is owned by or licensed to Envoy London and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our websites for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoy London shall not be liable for:

15. Force Majeure
Envoy London shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fire
- Earthquakes
- War
- Terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Labour disputes
- Pandemic or epidemic events
- Power failures
- Internet disruptions
- Transportation interruptions
During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the affected period.
16. Privacy
Your use of our websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
